I can't say enough positive things about Upstares....Service was EXCELLENT...I was nervous upon arriving, but was made to feel comfortable and soon found myself relaxed and enjoying myself. Too boot, my twins were laid back and relaxed letting me know that they too enjoyed the atmosphere...Yes, my new salon..Love my new cut and color.
