they cancled my resevation and made zero appologies. They were booked and my tough luck. They claimed I called in the night before and canceled. No a single stran of truth to that statement

This hotel is disgusting! I stayed there March 30th in the wedding block for my best friends wedding and they were horrible! They didn’t give me my welcome bag, the rooms were disgusting! They had a dance comp and we were almost run down by all these kids! My best friend (the bride) ordered room service and we never got what was ordered and they charged her and refuse to give her, her money back!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL!! DON’T stay here!!!
Absolutely disgusted with my experience here. I used this hotel for my room block for my wedding, they didn’t give out the welcome bags, the room was disgusting, they messed up our room service order and gave a GUEST our room key and we had all of our wedding envelopes in there. They won’t even give me a refund. The rooms were dirty, it was an absolute disaster. Do not stay here, ever.
