Terrible check in / got allocated a room which was already occupied, yes I entered a room to which a lady was already using / rooms are disgusting and dirty and very smelly. From the reviews, 99% of people who stay here experience the same thing and radisson are doing absolutely nothing about it. Shocking shocking shocking hotel for the price you would pay. Never in my life have I experienced a worse hotel than this one. We walked into the lobby and thought it was nice. All went downhill after check in. Immediately getting off the elevator, the carpets were filthy. Plates and dirty dishes lined the hallway. Ice machine broken, empty vending machines. Walked into our room, and I felt like I immediately needed a shower. The curtains were covered in dust, carpet ripped, black mold in the shower. this hotel sucks. it smells, it's dirty, too expensive for what you get, and it has cockroaches in my room, bathroom and showers are dirty and disgusting..
