Terrible experience: I rented a house with them and when I entered they didn't do the final cleaning, the AC was not working; one sink was leaking; no one answer the phone; they take forever to send maintenance to do the repair, after four weeks I am still waiting. And I went though this after paying up front one year of lease, because I resided in the US only for one year and I have no credit score yet. Not ready to deal with foreigners: wake up, it's South Florida!

Upside Management is a terrible property management company. I want to renew my lease and I am getting the run around to get a renewal. They don't answer their phones and when someone does, that person says you have to speak to someone else. I rent a home from them..I wonder what the true property owner knows about their lack of response to my lease renewal. I think I will find the real owner and let them know!

Currently living under Upside Management since March 2014, been living in my apartment for over a year now, they took over and ive come to learn that this conpany doesnt follow ordinances, they make outrageous stipulations in lease agreements, they DO NOT do anything they say. My apartment is in bad shape. Ive tried to tell them and nobody cares, i cant even reach them by ohone, I have to go to their office. This conpany is one big fu!king joke.
