I just moved here at the end of 2025 I'm very happy, I was living Downtown in a nasty drug infested building on SW. 11th ave & Main, The Upshur was worth every day of the 4 years I waited to move in far away from the rapidly decaying Downtown area..When Starbucks, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Ross and almost all long time small business have abandoned your City for the same reason (open drug use,not arresting shop lifters )well there's a huge problem and it's not being delt with correctly...
