My favorite store! – I love the shop. You forget when you're in here that it's second hand shop because their furniture is so clean and everything is in very good condition, I never get a creepy feeling. I live out in Sandy, OR, and it's absolutely worth the drive to come in here. My mom moved out to West Linn and she even drove out here to check it out after I got my sofa here.
Quality Items at Great Prices – After shopping for recliners in several stores and online, we finallhy decided to try checking at Upscale. We found exactly what we were looking for at very low prices. They were in perfect condition and those who have been to our home ask when we got the "new" recliners. Upscale what? – I really do not know what they mean by Upscale Consignment. This place is hardly upscale. It is more like Goodwill or Salvation Army. I found a chair that was the same price used as it was new from a big box retailer.

Owner's Response: Note that 'luckygirl54' has only two posts on CitySearch, both done on the same day. One was a '1-star' extremely negative review of our store, and the other was a '5-star' glowing review for our direct competitor. Since both establishments are quite similar and have identical acceptance requirements (10 years old or newer, and in like-new condition), to say that we compare to a thrift/donation store while their store is like shopping at furniture heaven, smacks of slander.
Great consigment store – We bought a new house last fall, and I have been slowly decorating it with pieces I find at consigment stores. I always check out their website daily. Love that they have their inventory online. It makes it so much easier than having to go to the store to check out what's new. We bought a painting that fits perfectly with our decor, and the house. Everyone loves it. I will be back to buy other items I am sure. Their customer service is very good.
Great Consignment Store!!! – I moved from SF in October and had a consignment store I loved there. I went to check out Upscale Consignment without any expectations and found both furniture and decorative pieces for my new apartment. They also have a delivery company they work with that can usual deliver the same day!!
