Can not say enough about what a treasure of a resource Upscale Consignment is - these people have a good eye for quality, are picky about what they accept on consignment, and price things quite fairly. There have been a couple of times I missed out on something I d had my eye on because I waited too long (gambled!) and someone else snapped it up - but there are several things in the house now that we found there which we are very much enjoying and would not have had otherwise. I recently purchased a magnificent arrangement of artificial spring flowers in a lovely pot that fits perfectly in my home. It was a fraction of what it would have cost to buy the flowers and vase to make my own arrangement. Several times as I was browsing through the show rooms employees asked if I needed help finding anything. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. This place is a total find. there is alot of furniture in great condition and new decor to choose from. It is a must stop by store.

You get what you pay for. While this furniture is not dirt cheap, it is all in excellenct condition and is half the price of new items. I bought 5 pieces and all were delivered the same day I purchased them and all have helped me make a restful "neswt" for me and my family.

We bought a recliner a month ago and we were very happy with both the quality of the chair and the high level of customer service. While there, I saw a set of decorative plates I liked and my husband surprised me with them on my birthday. I am a dye hard customer and will remain so as long as they continue to provide the high quality of furniture, decor and service.

Great place to Consign! – We recently consigned furniture at Upscale. The people were friendly, the price was fair, and our furniture sold in 4 days. We got our check when they said they would send it. A very professional business. I would definitely recommend Upscale to friends.

The BEST place to consign furniture, with results every time – We have been using their service for years, and have always had success with everything we have bought to them. The process is safe and convenient. The check disbursement is timely and mailed directly to us too. We definitely would recommend using their service for your gently used furniture and decor, you won't be disappointed.

good quality/good price – I recently purchased a leather sofa and chest of drawers at Upscale. Their staff was very helpful and the purchase was made quickly with no fuss or muss. I only had a slight problem with the delivery people - they did not call right away to set up a delivery time and only responded after two days of phone messages. I have also bought several accessories pieces at Upscale and was very pleased with both the quality and price. I will definitely shop there again.
