I love Upscale Consignment. I recently moved into a larger place and went there so often, they know me now! I particularly love the high end floor lamps I found there. I researched them online and lamps of that quality are no longer made by that manufacturer. SCORE! I was also able to sell some items that no longer fit my new abode, yay. I found the staff agreeable and helpful and the delivery service could not have been better. Must go there every two weeks!
We have bought several items from Upscale, it is our favorite furnture stores. We like the ever changing selection, nothing "cookie cutter" like all the typical furniture store. Great staff. Furnture arranged in a manor making it easy to shop. I have recommended this store to several friends that now shop there.
I have bought several high end pieces of furniture from Upscale Consignment, the piece have all been great buys and are still holding up well. Their staff is great and quick to help or just answer questions. I love being able to be able to go online and see what's new on the showroom.

Plan on some extra time to spend here because there are a lot of really extra special pieces of all kinds. This is a neat ad well-run place and the furniture I bought is wonderful. Front desk is very friendly.
I made a purchase a couple of months ago here. I have to say when I first went in to look at the item, my friend and I weren't treated all that well. I was really disappointed. I kept watch on the item for a couple months and feeling not too great about making the trip over there, I emailed in about it...and much to my surprise: they responded very cordially.
