I moved in on July 1, 2025. Thére has been a couple of issues that were dealt with by maintenance and management in a expedited and professional manner. The management staff called during their time off to ensure I was satisfied, and the maintenance crew repaired the issues and cleaned up behind themselves. A-plus customer service. My apartment was spacious, and I had no complaints about my neighbors. However, the building itself is quite old, which comes with some drawbacks. In winter, the heating is extreme; I had to use window fans in every room just to sleep comfortably we don’t control the heat and In the summer, you’re charged $300 for each air conditioning unit, which isn’t terrible, but it adds up.
