Tired of the rotating management, the random water shutoff without notice (usually with notice), the "new and improved laundry room", and the lack of parking. I have been living here for a few years now. One star for at least having laundry, I guess. When it rains, water floods our living room. We put in a maintenance request, we get told it's fixed, then the problem happens again. I guess another coat of paint on the floor will take care of it.
This will be our last year at Upsal Gardens. They are charging us utilities now. That’s understandable. But the bills/charge are not distributed correctly per units. Our apartments do not have individual meters. There are several maintenace issues with the building. We are also moving out because the one amenity that made us move in, the pool, is overran at all times of the day by at least 15 severely wild loud rude kids with no adults.
