Never again! I have never encountered a more dysfunctional firm in my life. When delivering a shipment to the depot, I was told they can't accept it without a bill of lading, which I couldn't get without telephoning a different department. Once that department gave me the reference number, I had to call the payment department to make a credit card payment. I was told it would be in the system the following day!
