I’ve been going to Noor at Uppercut in Bellevue since I moved here from Los Angeles and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. This is the best barbershop in Seattle area, I’ve had Amir cut my hair and this guy gives the cleanest fades and is a master at the razor, the whole staff is amazing as well, I’ve been cut by everyone, moe, Noor, mj, and they’re all amazing and will definitely give you the haircut that suits your face shape and make you look good!
