Friendly doctors good, fairly long wait for booked appt.
Not a great first impression. I brought my recently adopted year old rats to this vet for a general checkup as I had a few concerns about their health, but nothing major. The vet spent no more than 10 minutes looking my rats over before prescribing them two antibiotics with very little explanation as to why, and informing me that they may have a "chronic condition" (also very unclear). We recently had our dog Sunny neutered at Upper Oakville Pet Hospital, and I can’t say enough about the care we received. While neutering is a common procedure, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our little guy, so naturally we were anxious.
