Had my cleaning on Thursday August 10th with Lisa and as usual the experience was excellent. If you have any anxiety / fear about going to the dentist, Lisa makes you feel at ease!
My daughter has been going to this office for years now. I finally switched and havexto say that I'm so glad I did. They are friendly very accommodating (my daughter has special needs) and very thorough! Our hygienist Lisa is oatient kind and explained things with great detail! Dr. H's wife is also lovely and took great care of my daughter for an anesthetic procedure! Top notch.
As usual, I had a 5 star experience today! I suffer TREMENDOUS anxiety at the dentist, was 16 months past due so I was EXTRA nervous this time. The staff is always soooo warm and friendly, they instantly put me at ease. I saw a new (to me) dental assistant today who was FABULOUS!!! She had me giggling the whole time, was quick, gentle and encouraged me with positive words the entire time which REALLY HELPED ME!! I was so grateful to have her!!! I appreciate the friendly service I receive by the front desk staff and dental technicians. Lisa does an excellent job to explain what she is going to do, the instruments she will use and is always conscious of causing any pain or discomfort. I feel that NP Dental Arts uses the latest technology and I am very satisfied with the service I receive. I also love the convenience of making my next appointment before I leave the room.
Lisa is my hygienist and she is the best I've had! Her bubbly personality always makes me laugh and it makes the time pass so quickly. I always leave their smiling both from the laughs and from a super job of cleaning! Even though I recently moved I plan to still make the trip to Lansdale to continue working with her.
Dr Mcgorty and assistant did an excellent job on my tooth extraction. Everything was pain free and vey professional
I've been coming to North Penn Dental Arts for a little over 10 years and have no reason to go anywhere else (I should mention that I drive 1.5 hours each way). The staff is great and the technology top notch.
Everyone couldnt have been KINDER, UNDERSTANDING and CARING. Whenever I need my fillings or caps I travel to Dr Heleniak. Thank you to all for being so kind to me ....
They did a great job! No pain and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep in the chair while they were working on my tooth.
