My daughter was treated like a terrible person here because she looked clean and had insurance! They were rude, condescending and turned her away. She has a good job and has been turned around for 2 plus years. She was feeling like relapsing and they sent her packing and crying. I am reporting them to the medical board, news and activity looking for a medical malpractice attorney! You should not made to feel like you don't count or deserve treatment for a life long disease! Before going to your appointment recommend making sure they have your appt in their system. Otherwise you may be taking a taking a day off work for no reason.
I am very satisfied with my provider Kay Baranczyk here at Upper great lakes! She is just full of so much compassion and understanding. The communication is always clear, her positive attitude is always so very appreciated. I am always impressed by her knowledge and expertise. She is also very good with kids and she is the type of provider you can just be completely honest with. She will also take the time to truly listen to you. A lot of appointments feel like counseling sessions as she just wants the best for her patients.... read more
People are what make a business or a place.Welcoming friendly, so good or they can make it negative. The staff here is incredibly helpful friendly comforting.I gave this place five plus stars.I've been to many doctors offices, and I can't say enough about this place from personally staff.Helping with rides and snacks and food, very helpful in carrying people.
