As a fellow healthcare professional, I am concerned by the operational practices and lack of continuity of care at this clinic. While I understand the policy of requiring an appointment for medication refills, the refusal to grant a ONE-month bridge supply until your next available opening constitutes a severe lapse in basic medical duty !!!! Leaving an elderly diabetic patient without essential medication creates an immediate, preventable risk of severe glycemic spikes.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been calling this place for 2 months trying to get some information for my dad. The doctor does not return calls. I am going to call everyone I can on this place.
I have had very good experience with the doctors, especially Dr. Slater I know her for long time, the front desk people have to be trained better most of them don't have manners to treat people.
