the most rude people in upmc
This place is terrible! I called over and over trying to set up wound care. I live alone and had an incision on my back that I could not reach. I left several messages and called about a dozen times. I only got one call back after the first message I left and nothing else. I was not able to answer the phone during the one time they called back. This place needs better management or closed down completely! Complete BS!!!
Can never get a human on the phone. Staff is extremely rude and doesn’t return calls for 3 to 4 days.
Sadly I had to get a forearm amputation, this place said a certain medication would help heal my wound that I had, well they put medication on the wound but in a spot that wasn't supposed to be on, my bone fractured snapped, and told them what happened and they said they were no longer given me service, so the other option was amputation sadly, lawsuit may be happening
