I had the worst experience in the evening iop outpatient program. Felt worse after iop then I did going in. I quit after 4 sessions. Therapist and Psychiatrist were very nice but I had an awful experience with the group leader. Would not go back here even if it's the only place that takes my insurance.

I was at the STAR program in high school they were nice. Then I aged out and was put in adapt. Tiffany was my therapist for like a year or so. I put her through a lot which led her to telling me I was too high risk and firing me as a client. That was summer of 2023 I think and since then I’m doing better then I ever was. Haven’t had a therapist since and honestly I’ve just learned to do and be better and rely and God and not other humans. Been clean for a year and a half now. Praise GOD!!!

Discouraging and not caring of their profession. The prime example of why I don't trust the medical field.

I attended behavioral health therapy at this clinic and had a negative experience. The provider’s after-visit notes included statements I never said, which was concerning. I was referred to by a different name and the therapist wrote things that I was to do that I never agreed to. As a patient, I believe it’s important to feel heard and to have accurate records of what was discussed in therapy. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here.
