I got seen by the doctor for prescription glasses. They never told me that I could have reading glasses covered by my insurance and I purchased glasses to drive in for work because light reflection hurts my eyes and my vision has been impaired.. But it was close to around $400 for a pair of prescription sunglasses from this place they have fallen apart twice within a month consistently sliding off my face !and now they have fallen apart again and because the lenses lost, they can’t cover it? I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Lebow. She and the ladies at the optical shop were very nice to me. I would recommend this office.
I'm not sure how anybody got less than stellar care at this amazing place. I began at Mercy ER and was transferred over to Vision Urgent Care and have been receiving eye medical care since. I've seen everyone from students to techs to opthalmologists to surgeons to specialists and was treated with professionalism and courtesy by every single one of them. Highly recommend!
Two appointments at this location, both times was left in exam room to wait for more than an hour. If they dont have enough providers why do they keep overbooking the available doctors.
Have you ever had a doctor come into the room and act like you’re an inconvenience to them? I don’t remember the last time I was huffed and puffed at except for the last three appointments I had here. (Had to keep coming back to keep getting my script fixed) I was acting how you normally should to a doctor and she was getting frustrated I was telling her to go back and forth.
