I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Lebow. She and the ladies at the optical shop were very nice to me. I would recommend this office.
I'm not sure how anybody got less than stellar care at this amazing place. I began at Mercy ER and was transferred over to Vision Urgent Care and have been receiving eye medical care since. I've seen everyone from students to techs to opthalmologists to surgeons to specialists and was treated with professionalism and courtesy by every single one of them. Highly recommend!
Two appointments at this location, both times was left in exam room to wait for more than an hour. If they dont have enough providers why do they keep overbooking the available doctors.
Have you ever had a doctor come into the room and act like you’re an inconvenience to them? I don’t remember the last time I was huffed and puffed at except for the last three appointments I had here. (Had to keep coming back to keep getting my script fixed) I was acting how you normally should to a doctor and she was getting frustrated I was telling her to go back and forth. (Which you’re supposed to do for an eye exam). This is probably why I had to come back multiple times to get my script fixed. It’s not enjoyable not be... read more
