they can fo the tests themselves instead of having the patients perform them. if you do not have the proepr equipment to protect your workers you should not be expecting untrained people to do the Covid Test, nor offering it. terrible practice
I went in for a problem that I had with my elbow. The Doctor wouldn’t even look at my problem, she sent me directly to the emergency room. The people at Horizon ER said that I was literally the tenth person that the urgent care doctor sent to them that day. They also said that she should have done everything that they were going to do. Now instead of being out $120 or whatever, I’m out $800. I have the UPMC health plan, so I thought I’d give the urgent care a try. The current staff is wonderful. They joked wonderfully with my little guy, and really focused on him as the patient vs just asking mom. They listened to his complaints and questions and answered and interacted with him! FIVE STARS
RecommendedI mean, no one wants to be at an Urgent Care. The staff is all friendly and quick to offer services. The facility is clean and pretty.
you charge my sister 1300.00 to look in her ear and tell her it not infected it allergys REALLLLLY
