They truly care about there patients. We are pleased with the service and caring Dr’s and staff.
Take patients with Medicaid. Even if they have to pay out of pocket. And don't give us the lie that letting a Mediciad patient pay for services out of pocket is illegal. Because that's just rubbish. 😡
I am medical phobic. I was in pain today, and my regular doctor couldn’t see me. I went into and was greeted with smiles. I checked in and was told it was about a 35 minute wait. Within 20 minutes, the clinic tech was walking me back to the exam room. When she left, she said that the doctor would be in shortly. Less than a minute later, the doc was in the room. Very responsive and considerate care.
Don't make urine drug test patients wait over an hour to do the test. Two people had pain while waiting today and I still have pain from all the waiting holding my urine. Drove 30 min after work to get test done and drank liquid on the way there so I could go and then wait an hour .
Been a rough week for both me and wife to go in at separate times for bad cold symptoms. The waiting room was full both times but they got us in and out in a reasonable times. We’ve been there at least a dozen times since they’ve been open and always they have treated us fast and professionally. They are our go to place when we can’t get in to see our regular Doctor for small ailments. Highly recommend.
All the tools necessary to evaluate my pneumonia systems were on site. PA was very polite and professional. Office staff was professional. Follow-up call the next day to check on me.
