RecommendedFrom the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable. I was greeted with a smile. Everyone had a positive attitude and interacted with each other like a staff who really liked each other. The PA Lindsey Hyatt was very professional, knowledgeable and listened attentively. All Better Care will be my go to place when I need urgent care.
During Covid I would not ever recommend this place if you care about your loved ones. I was refused treatment without a mask and even if I wore one my husband was told he could not be with me and had to wait outside. I left because I was there for HBP and I needed his help explaining what was happening. I was refused because I was told I had to wear a mask even tho I stated I could not breath with a mask and had severe anxiety and it raised my BP. I will never go there again under any circumstances. great place and friendly staff
Most of the staff is welcoming and helpful
Great care by the staff after a slip on the ice left me with a nasty gash on my elbow. A few stitches later in a very timely manner I was out the door. 2 days later I developed an infection and had to revisit, they were great the 2nd time around as well. The staff is efficient and took extra time and care to pay attention to my allergies and pre existing conditions that were effecting the healing process. They did a awesome job of stitching me up when my regulars doctor didn’t have time! Great staff awesome job and Thank you for the rush care!
I have been very impressed with the care that Lindsay Hyatt a PA here gives. This is the 2nd time I have had her(first time for my daughter) and she has been very through and knowledgable.
