extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
Today I experienced the best ER visit. My nurse "Gabriel" was definitely sent from heaven. He took the time to assure me that my symptoms and concerns were his top priority while discussing my test results. He is a genuine professional who takes his job very seriously. Gabriel has what a lot of today's medical professionals lack .. Good manners and Empathy. Thank you Gabriel for being here today on the day shift. I do not want to comment on any of the other staff members that I saw at this time, especially the ER doctor.
I had to have surgery at Saint Margaret’s hospital. I also had to spend the night after surgery. Every single person there that I met was amazing. I cannot give a single complaint. I’m Glinda I pick them tj get my surgery at. Excellent.
I recently had an outpatient surgery at St. Margeret’s, as my surgeon operates at this hospital often. We really appreciated the numerous signs to make it to the proper place for outpatient surgery. All interactions with staff was excellent, especially Joe in pre-op. The nurses really made me feel comfortable while waiting to head to the OR.
