can't get. my pain to go away
I called for a referral to a hospital,the message never made it to the PA so I had to get my family doctor to do.
I'm supposed to be getting a procedure done tomorrow and someone was supposed to call me and never did.
No one answers the phone. there is no message. I have been calling and calling to make an appointment as instructed after being released from Hospital. Not a very reliable or confidence-building experience. Lois Jacobs 717-900-1894
Family Dr referred me for an upper GI test and was told I needed to have a consult appt first. Next available that they could get me in was 1/27/2018. REALLY??? 3 months from now. That's ridiculous.
It was my first visit. Chris Gurrerri PA was very patient in answering all of my questions. I feel confident in their care and services.
