I had a yearly exam with Ms. Harbart. She explained to me that she was going to use a camera to look in my nose. As she was doing it, I became very uncomfortable.I started pushing back against the chair. She said, oh, just a little bit more. At one point I started sliding down the chair and asked her to stop and she did not.She continued to push it even further. I left the office crying. I asked her to stop and she ignored my plea.
Very dissatisfied with the care my daughter received here. Besides the hour long wait past my appt time Dr. Harbart insisted it was just allergies after seeing my daughter a total for 8 minutes. She was very rushed. She didn’t listen to my concerns and the symptoms to go along with them. Just brushed it off as allergies. Seen a different ENT who finally listened to me and like I suspected adenoids are enlarged. I did have her allergy tested at a different ENT and ONLY thing came back was birch. Very happy with their care. Everyone's always friendly and they've been great helping me keep my allergies and sinus issues under control. I've been referred out when it was necessary and was happy with who they sent me to. All follow up care here has been great. No issues with wait times. My appointments are usually mid-day and I've only ever waited around 10-15 mins in the lobby and then after getting called back, another 15 mins or so between the nurse's checkup and when the doctor sees me. I appreciate everyone here.
Long wait time
I have been here two times. Each time I sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen. The first time I walked up to the reception desk and said I wanted to cancel because I was waiting for an hour and twenty minutes and needed to get back to work. She said they were just about to call me back so I stayed. The second time I was waiting for one hour, got transferred to the back and then waited another 30 minutes in a 'holding' room.
