My daughter broke her nose and Dr Mohammad got us in same day, everyone from the office staff-Joy and Ginger, to nursing-Lori, to Dr Mohammad, was professional and kind even though they had to stay over an hour later (both times!). I really appreciated Dr Mohammed taking the time to explain everything and he was so great with my daughter. Really appreciated the great team at UPMC ENT Johnstown!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of our daughter!

I had a yearly exam with Ms. Harbart. She explained to me that she was going to use a camera to look in my nose. As she was doing it, I became very uncomfortable.I started pushing back against the chair. She said, oh, just a little bit more. At one point I started sliding down the chair and asked her to stop and she did not.She continued to push it even further. I left the office crying. I asked her to stop and she ignored my plea.

Very dissatisfied with the care my daughter received here. Besides the hour long wait past my appt time Dr. Harbart insisted it was just allergies after seeing my daughter a total for 8 minutes. She was very rushed. She didn’t listen to my concerns and the symptoms to go along with them. Just brushed it off as allergies. Seen a different ENT who finally listened to me and like I suspected adenoids are enlarged. I did have her allergy tested at a different ENT and ONLY thing came back was birch.
