The office staff are beyond incompetent. I scheduled for a sick visit and took unpaid time off to go to this appointment. An hour before my appointment the office staff calls me saying they need to reschedule me. The lady rescheduled me for 6pm the same day. I was surprised that they were open that late of I had the women reverify twice that my appointment was at six.
