They did both of my shoulders it's a cool place
UPMC has really gone downhill in recent years. Now they don’t answer their phone and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. UPMC Rooney issued me an incorrect bill and double-billed me for a service. I’ve been calling for over a week to get the bill corrected and no one will call me back. I’m never going to UPMC again, I can’t stand the poor customer service
