They took great care of my dad on the 6th floor ICU.
Mother has been in 1 1/2 months this time. Family lives 2.5 hours away, cannot get surgeon's who is in charge of care to call family. So frustrating. No continuity of care at all!!
Disgusting. Nasty and dirty try to avoid if possible
I recently had a bad fall in December, and have been in the hospital over a month. After the surgery to put the rod into my femur, I had received nothing but the best service I could get from all members of the staff. From RNs and PCTs (both day shift and overnight), From Physical Therapy to Food and Nutrition, every last one of them fought for me, celebrated victories and pushed me to do more each time I saw them to recover my health. I was admitted twice after surgery here, the first time was HORRIBLE. I had a nurse stand outside my room at 2am and talk poorly about me, and then refused to wake me up for my pain meds I was required to keep up with pain management after surgery…. My second stay (currently) was much better, I’m on the ortho floor following surgery and the nurses have been amazing! Especially Angie and Amanda, they have went above and beyond for my care.
