Hastened my grandma's death and made her passing far more painful than it should have been. Never held accountable because I'm broke.
Great service and people...but it's a huge place....got lost a couple of times and a nurse told me wrong directions to get to my father's room but after 20 mins of being lost I finally found his room
I went to ER for the pain due to ankle surgery on 3/20/25. No one is asking even a question. I was left in the hallway isolated. No call bell provided. The handrails were left open. I was in great pain and want to go pee. I asked a lady wearing scrubs and hospital badge that i had to go pee, she directly ignored me saying that she doesn't work in that department.
