Across the street from the drop off is a nice small park with a fountain to listen to. There are nice walkways and a gazebo type pavilion. Park and come sit and relax instead of sitting in your car. The beautiful plants and the fresh air are a treat when stressing about caring for your loved one.
They had to cancel my appt, but didn't call, send a message on the app, or email me; I had to call and find out and was charged $40 for a late cancellation fee on the ride company THEY told me to use. Completely unprofessional.
This is the hospital my mother worked for years ago and yes it is very accessible and very personable they will definitely take care of you...
