Not the friendly cleaning this staff all staff are rude and hateful when I try to use up and use the bathroom they told me no to get back into bed. Won’t never go to this house put on and also would not recommend anyone to go to.

If you can, avoid this hospital, I was in the Pittsburgh area, for work almost seven years ago and I was involved in an auto accident and I received the worst treatment that I had ever received at a hospital. No one should be treated the way I was treated and I had insurance! I just happened to check and see if the reviews have gotten better after all these years and the reviews are even worse! Horrible experience on the neuro step down unit. The nursing staff was beyond negligent and unprofessional. Biohazard processes weren’t followed. DNR wasn’t honored. Could add much more documented details, but it’s not worth it. Go anywhere, but here.

There's paid parking, and it's inexpensive. There are plenty of specialists in various fields. A good laboratory for testing tasks, and results are delivered quickly.

I recently was at UPMC Mercy ER for a second opinion. I had been seen at 2 different ERs prior, and had gotten no answers whatsoever for what was ailing me. Dr. Bryce Bredell was patient, kind, empathetic, and understanding when I presented my complaints and concerns to him. He took the time to listen. He was finally able to give me an answer that 3 other doctors could not provide, and long sought after relief from my ailment. The visit was quick.
