Saved my life. Been using this hospital for years. Love the care and concern showed when there. Still use for everything.

I was induced and had my son at Magee in 2022, nothing but a pleasant experience. I’m on my second pregnancy and have been suffering with awful HG and had to have fluids 3 times. The first time was at Butler Memorial hospital (5 mins from my house) and I was dismissed, told I needed talk therapy and the following days got worse. Then I had a friend drive me two separate times after that the whole way to Magee (50+ mins from my house) and I would do it again and again, even just for rehydration and being well taken care of. Great hospital but … The parking is bad — I mean really bad. For three days, I needed to use the parking, but it was always full. Funny was that there were 20-30 other cars like me going around the parking lot to find a parking spot. Come on, at least show a sign that parking is full. This always create an unnecessary heavy traffic in front of the building.

The doctors and support staff are terrific. But, supplementary services like parking... THE WORST. Not only do you have to pay for your appointment, but you pay to park if you can find a space. Then the elevator in the listing lot doesn't work. Then you're late for your appointment because of the parking. Then you talk to the parking people and their answer..."we're aware". They tell you to valet if you can't find a spot. But that's not posted anywhere. Then, you are even later for your appointment. Not patient or customer f... read more
