This review is not about the surgeon or nurses at Magee who performed my laparoscopic hysterectomy in December 2025, but rather UPMC as the healthcare system. First of all: I am the first of many moms in the area who needed to get a hysterectomy in my friend group. I will not be recommending Magee, as it provided little to no support from a holistic patient experience. Worst service and wait time I have ever experienced in surgical services. No consideration for a patient’s time. I was left waiting for 2 hours with no updates.
