I love Carolyn Kauffman, she is wonderful. She is kind, truly listens, and shows genuine concern for all of your worries. You leave her office feeling heard, supported, and reassured, because she truly cares. The staff in the office is also very kind and welcoming! The front desk girlies and the MAs. Great office!

I would rate the actual doctor, Melissa Moss, 5 stars, but this provider as a whole is not easy to work with. I drove here twice from Erie to have an abnormal mole evaluated and then removed and biopsied. The mole was in my armpit area and the excision continues to reopen because of how deep and long it was. I understand why they had to do it, but trying to get follow up information on what to do or how to care for it has been impossible to do without having to be seen in person. I called to be seen because I had a bleeding mole and was told that I could not be seen until July, TEN months from now. I’m going with another provider

Good luck getting an appointment here. I can't say anything about the quality of care because I couldn't get in in a reasonable amount of time. I was referred here by my PCP and when they called me to schedule, I was told the next appointment available was in 5 months. I waited patiently for 4 months and then 4 weeks from my appointment they called to cancel and tried to reschedule for an additional 7 month wait.
