Awful customer service.
The people on the other end of the phone are rude. They treated me as if I didn’t understand the issue I was calling about. Very unprofessional.
Terrible customer service and deceitful practices. Good luck if you have to use this company for any reason. I’d stay far away.
Every single time I called this horrible company, I would be stuck on the phone for over an hour with nothing being accomplished. It was always issue after issue and continual incorrect information. The first call I had there was an issue because the worker couldn’t find my right account because I had 2 accounts listed. I find out 4 calls later that one account was from when I worked at UPMC in the past and one was my beneficiary account from my deceased mother.
