I had a fraudulent insurance claim made in my name here (I don't live in PA). I called this ER number which was attached to the claim, and Ally on the phone was very rude and unhelpful.
I just came here because I think I'm expecting, and they where so rude to my boyfriend and step dad! They made me, a minor go alone to sign myself in, while I needed my mother, and the receptionist was so rude to me when she realized I wasn't authorized to sign my own papers. After that they refused to serve us until my step dad and boyfriend left.
