I had a stroke nine months ago. I spent four days at Mercy and I received excellent care.
Do not go to this place. Lack of compassion, low morale and zero work ethics. Scary isn't it. I'm just appalled at what I've encountered here thus far.

Mercy has maintained it's excellent patient care standards and Catholic culture, even though it has transitioned into the UPMC system. Facilities and equipment have improved too.
I've been in this hospital for 3 maybe 4 surgerys n I've had no problems with anyone or anything. Nurses r awesome doctors r to. Idk this Liz person but she has no clue what she is talking about.
Spent quite a bit of time here last year. The male nurses on floor 11 (particularly Tom and David.. Don't know last names) are phenomenal & would go out of their way to help me see my also injured bf.
They now have boxed lunches!
Stay away!!!!
