Year after year this hospital and UPMC seems absolutely committed to making their operations more obnoxious to the residential neighborhood they exist in. Bright floodlights added to tops of buildings shining into homes. Shipping and receiving in the middle of the night. Slamming bay doors. Heavy work trucks. The NICU is the best stagged hospital ive ever been to. It gives me hope to what the medical system could be. The nurses are angels and i have never been more grateful. The food is very good here and the decor is so cute and kid focused. This place should have 10 stars
Although I cannot speak for the hospital as a whole, I wanted to recognize the outstanding care and service of some specific staff members during our unexpected and exhausting stay at the hospital. While we had to stay in the observation until, nurses Kit, Sarah, and B went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that my son and I were comfortable and taken care of.
