Aava Dental staff were very professional and personable! The atmosphere was very pleasant. I did not expect anything more than my initial exam and cleaning since I was a new client, but they surprised me. I was offered a snack of juice and granola bar and in addition a free wax hand treatment and it felt wonderful! I will go back for my 6 month check-up!!! 😊
From the moment we walked we were greeted with a Genuine smile and pleasant tone. Customer service at a 10! Office vibe at a 10! Healthy Snacks and Fresh Hot Coffee was an added surprise and 10! And a Hot Paraffin Wax !!! Oh and it was FREE!!!! Another 10! The Entire Staff was all that!! So yeah another 10!!!

My last dentist was such a bad experience that the thought of going in again made me sick to my stomach and my heart race. I did not go back for way to long. Last week I had a dental emergency and called Ava Dental in Upland. It was after hours and I thought I would be leaving a message for the next day but they picked up.
