Aava Dental staff were very professional and personable! The atmosphere was very pleasant. I did not expect anything more than my initial exam and cleaning since I was a new client, but they surprised me. I was offered a snack of juice and granola bar and in addition a free wax hand treatment and it felt wonderful! I will go back for my 6 month check-up!!! 😊
From the moment we walked we were greeted with a Genuine smile and pleasant tone. Customer service at a 10! Office vibe at a 10! Healthy Snacks and Fresh Hot Coffee was an added surprise and 10! And a Hot Paraffin Wax !!! Oh and it was FREE!!!! Another 10! The Entire Staff was all that!! So yeah another 10!!!

My last dentist was such a bad experience that the thought of going in again made me sick to my stomach and my heart race. I did not go back for way to long. Last week I had a dental emergency and called Ava Dental in Upland. It was after hours and I thought I would be leaving a message for the next day but they picked up. Noelia understood my fear and her kindness and compassion took most of the knots out of my stomach as we made an appointment for the next day.
