I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 14 by Dr Gehlot. I was prescribed numerous mood stabilizers, including Lithium, over the years. Consequently, I spent almost a decade under the wrong diagnosis and receiving inappropriate treatment. It was not until I was 24 years old that I was correctly diagnosed with autism.
