I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 14 by Dr Gehlot. I was prescribed numerous mood stabilizers, including Lithium, over the years. Consequently, I spent almost a decade under the wrong diagnosis and receiving inappropriate treatment. It was not until I was 24 years old that I was correctly diagnosed with autism. Dr Gehlot has been my Dr for almost 15 years. He also treated my daughter and son. Stayed with him when he moved from Norwalk to Mansfield. He is 1 of the best Dr I have had. I have no problems when I call someone always answers the phone. I also feel he truly does listen to me and understands my personal situation. He remembers me I don't feel like one of the herd when I see him. He still asks about my son and addresses all of my issues. They never answer phone calls! Scheduling appointments is a joke.
Didn't listen to my concerns at all. Put me on a dose of medication I already told him made me have intrusive thoughts. Dismissed the idea my neurologist gave me. Don't recommend
