As part of a small renovation, Updike installed our master bathroom walk-in shower as well as our sink vanity counter in 2016. A couple of years ago we experienced some sealant problems. Updike sent a repair tech each time and charged us minimally to reseal the shower. Recently, in 2025, we had some mold appear where the shower wall meets the shower floor. I contacted them online about replacing my shower. Daniel called me within one business day, detailed their typical procedures, and provided an estimated quote over the phone. 24 hours later, he came out to do an in-person quote and told me I didn’t even need to replace my shower at all. He identified the problem areas that were leading to leaking and recommended I simply have the grout replaced in my shower, which will be considerably less expensive for us. Updike remodeled a full bath for us. They ripped out an old tub/shower, and installed a beautiful new unit. They removed old vinyl flooring, and installed beautiful new tile. They also installed a new bath fan, and a countertop with new fixtures and plumbing. I was very satisfied with their cleanliness, professionalism and price. Would recommend to all.
