Over the course of 2 1/2 years I have experienced nothing but poor customer service from their offices. Today was the end of it. I will not return, will not let you touch my eyes or give you another penny. You greedy, money hungry people that care more about the almighty dollar than you do your patience.
So unbelievably grateful to Dr Updegraff and the staff. I am still in awe. I could see immediately after sitting up from my LASIK surgery and just started crying. It was and still is incredibly emotional for me. I have been trapped behind glasses and contacts for 25 years. Life will never be the same and I am so thankful for that. Thank you!!!
Dr, Updegraff does not like to be questioned. On my follow up visit after surgery I had a problem and attempted to ask questions about my cataract removal and crystal lens implants he quickly refered me to his assistant Dr. Behn. who told me that I was in the healing process. On July of 2014 Dr. Updegraff after several eye checks he told me that there was nothing else that he could do for me. My wife and I both had restore multifocal lens implanted by dr. Updegraff one and a half years Ago. We both see well without glasses and everything seems natural. We would do it over Again without reservation. Corbett & Julie langdon
