I am very unhappy with the experiences I have had with UpCounsel. The idea would be great but its execution has just been very disappointing - I do not feel like this company is ready yet...
UpCounsel referred me to a lawyer with whom I then had an extremely negative experience, which cost me time, money, and stress. I afterward contacted UpCounsel to ask how to leave a review on their website for this attorney. Quite a while passed before I heard a response from them—and their response I found to be bizarre and unsettling. Rather than answer my question, UpCounsel reached out to the bad attorney! Have used Upcounsel 3 times...they never "ran with my credit card information" as one of the reviews stated. They're very clear on what will be charged, estimates are upfront. Very professional firm. They even tolerated my financial situations which caused me to be a little late with my agreed upon payments. I always recommend Upcounsel.
