Love this place – This is the first salon that I tell people, this is "my" salon. Everyone there is amazing. When you come in any one you see smiles and says hello and genuinely seems to enjoy working there. The salon is always clean and pleasant. I go to Angie Cowan and she is amazing. I recommend her to everyone, she only the second sytlist that I have counted on her advice and have made regular appointments. I am definitely impressed with the quality of the staff and think Angie is the best!
Great salon! Friendly, professional staff :) – Love the friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. The salon is very clean and professional. The staff is down-to-earth and a pleasure to be around. (The picture doesn't accurately reflect Up In Tangles Hair Salon, but instead reflects Tangles Spa, in the same strip center, and is a different business entirely).
Great service and price!! – I've been three times to see Martha and will continue to go back. The service is great, the place is clean and the product is excellent! Plus, you can't beat the price. Some places are outrageous and their prices are certainly competitive. I've seen three friends there so far with the same results.
How long to you have to wait? – Called and made an appt, mentioned that I had never been there before, arrived 5 min early (you never know if there is paperwork involved) and after sitting there for 35 minutes, walked out without getting my hair cut - what a waste of time.
Answer to my prayer – I went to this salon out of convenience and in hopes that they could correct a bad haircut--Martha was able to accomplish this and more. I absolutely love it!!! I highly recommend her.
