Very patient and thorough and putting the information together for me. It was always easy to call to his office and speak to the paralegals or even to Mr. Unruh
I would like to say that this law firm is so amazing. The staff is wonderful and very professional and if you are looking for a team that will get the job done then this is it. I am so thankful and grateful for the hard work that they put into helping my husband get his VA benefits. If I could give them 10 stars I really would. I would give John maybe a three because he did represent me however I would give him and his staff a one because it was always difficult to get a hold of him or get a response. In the end, my case went right back in status to where it started when I hired him.

Terrible, they string out your case so that they get paid and make mistakes to appeal to get more money. In my opinion, they are no good and slick and slow
