This used to be a top notch car wash. It had been a few years since my last visit. They don't pre scrub cars anymore and several cleaning units inside the wash weren't working. I call later to let them know that the quality had gone down and the person on the other end pretended he couldn't understand me.
Good place, good staff, good work, didn't have a problem with a single thing. I talked to dillan Clark and he made sure everything was done the way I was expecting, what really made me happy was that I left my wallet with 300 dollars cash and it was returned to me by hand and not a single dollar missing!
This place is supposed to be open until 5pm...today (Aug 31 2017) it was 4:51 with 3 cars in line, one being me, and the guys closed it early...said they were short staffed... right...this place lost at least $30 and I don't plan on going back here...disgusted by it...
Hi everyone just want to warn you about Uno's car wash in Concord I had my car detailed I paid $75 the manager said car will look like brand new needless to say when they handed me my keys they did not clean the door jambs they left my WeatherTech car mats wet underneath they ripped my carpet on the back of my backseat when I told the gentleman that was detailing my car that my car wasn't very clean and if you could please do a better job he swore at me walked off the manager wasn't any better told me if I didn't like the wa... read more
Absolutely disgusted with the service I got today. I went in the car wash with a perfect, unscratched, Uncracked windshield but came out of the car wash with a giant crack down the middle of my windshield on my passengers side. When asked to speak to a "manager" we were told nope that didn't happen here, sorry. Then when asked to speak to the owner we got a full run around of "he's not here, we don't know his phone number, come Back Monday" finally they took my name and number and said the owner would contact me this afterno... read more
Why are you wrecking people's cars? Shame...shame.
They don't maintain this place. Half the vending machines have electrical tape on them in lieu of fixing them. Owner is happy to take the money, but isn't interested in providing a quality service.
The interior of my truck was super super dirty . Pretty satisfied with the detailing job they did for $35 I definitely feel I got my moneys worth out of it . And I didn't even realize it but I left my $800 iPad under the front seat and they returned it to me safely that's outstanding
