Went today to have an interior clean. They had to check out my car first. Opened the back door and said I had dog hair on the floor so the price was not $49 it was $80. Well, I do have a dog that doesn’t shed. I had some pine needles on the floor. Needless to say I left and will NEVER go back. I won’t be purchasing any car wash gift certificates either anymore. TERRIBLE . Guess they were too lazy to do the my car today
I went to this car wash this afternoon with a brand new vehicle that had no scratches on it when I came out the whole side of my vehicle was scratched horribly they would take no responsibility for it whatsoever I absolutely would not ever bring my vehicle there again. They have horrible business skills ! Dismissed me right away !
RecommendedThese guys deliver excellence every time. I've been a faithful customer to Uno's for years. Nobody beats the results I get for the price I get it at. Uno's sets the standard for quality work. Excellent.
You guys should improve on your customer service. The guy I dealt with at 8:30 this morning treated me like I had pulled up 2 minutes before close. I had to mentally turn my day around.

The car wash is good, however after paying for their most expensive interior cleaning package, I can still see visable dirt.. my car wasnt bad at all, I just wanted it super detailed. it wasnt a bad cleaning but was also not worth 120 dollars! my seats are so wet that it turning the coated paper wet and my hand is soaked from touching the carpet. there is dirt and trash between my seats. along with visable residue on my steering wheel that came off with a car wipe. Hello, trying to get touch with someone. Had my car done on Tuesday, the 2nd. Did not put mats back in the back seat floors. No one answers the phone!!!! A white Volvo. Please put them aside!!!! or answer the phone please!
