I used a gift cert. for the full inside and outside cleaning for the first time. At first I was a little frustrated because the young men in the garage seemed to be unorganized but I was able to leave my car and I came back several hours later. They were finishing up with my car. I must say they did a spectacular job. I really couldn't believe just how awesome my van looked. For 35.00 cert. I didn't expect it to be that well done. Was much better a few years back, really gone downhill which is too bad not many other choices locally
Brought my truck in for a wash and the dryer tubes broke my right mirror. When i got thr little asian and showed it to him he called me a liar and he told me to get out. It is the worst car wash I've ever been to and I will never go back again
I have been going there for 10 plus years. Today I asked for inside and out. I was told by Oriental gentleman that too many cars can't accomodate. I asked how long, he could not give me an answer. So I vacuumed my car there wss 2 cars having interior clean. Nobody was waiting. One car left and a woman that came through 10 minutes after me went into garage. I always gibe at least a $10 tip.
The car wash would've been much more pleasant if the employees didn't have cigarettes hanging out of their mouths. Now the outside is clean and the inside smells like an ashtray! So disgusting. Won't be back. Think about smoking in your break instead.
I never do this but I am horrified by the service I got at this car wash today and need to say something. The young man who sprayed down my car screamed at me after he gave very unclear directions of what he needed me to do. I regret not speaking to a manager but I was so shocked by the atrocious customer service that I just had to get out of there once the wash was through. I will never use this car wash again and would tell anyone to do the same.
