I've been to uno's many times before and I've had an experience like the one I had yesterday. My daughters and myself went for lunch, it was labor day and nit busy at all. We were seated and at first things were fine. The guy that waited on us got our drinks and was very nice. A couple were seated maybe ten minutes after us. After we ate our food and were ready to go we sat and mind you the place wasn't busy at all, i was waiting for the check so i could pay and go. RecommendedGreat experience, excellent food and friendly warmth service.
The service was lacking, waited for drink refills. Actually the waitress didn't come back to our table for a long time after she dropped off the food.
If I could give it less stars I would!!! First of all we had my bother who had just run the IronMan! We sit down the waitress (Shay) was shy, when she finally brought our drinks she didn't set them on the table she handed them to us she didn't seem to know who had what, might be a little bit picky but true. Then we had a few questions about the menu and how many wings you get she didn't know and was guessing. It was awesome an our waiter was sweet, the food was great! �
I had sirloin tips with sautéed onions, red bliss mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. It was very good.
