Not a friendly manager. Cared to do nothing when we were VERY patient and almost walked out because we were waiting so long! Rude manager ..would not recommend. We waited for an hour. Waitress was friendly and super sweet
My husband and I had the artichoke dip appetizer and the Windy City Pizza. He drank 2 cokes and I drank 2 Stella's. The beer was cold, the food was hot, our waitress was attentive, and the price was fair. Good food!

Im stay for a month here in Madison, WI for work. I seen good reviews and it's close to my hotel so i figured I'd get dinner. The food and drink wasn't the best. We asked the waitress about what's the best fruity drink is. We got told about the windy hurricane. We were excited to give it a try but when we got it, it only tasted like rum. We were on a weekend trip to Madison and decided to try Uno’s. At first, our server was friendly and helpful. We ordered a couple of dishes she recommended and they were good (although the broccoli was hot in some spots and cold in others - temperature wise). After we finished eating our server was nowhere to be found. We sat and waited for over 25 minutes to get to go boxes and our check. Best place for pizza in Madison. Service has always been great and friendly.
We have been here twice now. I see alot if bad reviews on here. But I don't care how bad other people's review are. If the wait staff is properly trained then yes bad service. If the manager doesn't help then it's the manager's fault an should be dealt with or relieved of duty. Our service was awesome both times we were there an our food was awesome as well. An yes they forgot to put our pizza in but the manager took care of it an did come to our table to address the problem. An he even took money off our bill. Thank you.
